Casa d’Avó is a house located in a small village located at the top of Fradelos, district of Aveiro.
It is an old family house, from the beginning of the 20th century, with a history full of events that is now reborn as a holiday home, ideal for families or groups of friends who want to get away from the urban dynamics and look for a few relaxing days, in a place suitable to rest.
You will have the possibility to enjoy a swimming pool, a garden decorated with fruit trees and an outside support with a wood oven and kitchen.
And if we are a house that wants to welcome families and friends, we cannot forget the four-legged members. Thus, we emphasize that all COOL HOME accommodations are pet-friendly.

Excelente Nos encantó todo , la casa era más grande de lo que esperábamos, hemos disfrutado un montón la piscina y el jardín , sobre todo nuestro perro que se paso la semana entera corriendo y jugando. Tenemos claro que volveremos , los dueños muy majos , nos dejaron entrar antes y salir más tarde de la hora indicada , un detallazo , ademas a destacar cada detalle , nos recibieron con un bollo enorme de canela riquísimo con mermelada y una variedad de frutas de sus árboles frutales del jardín.

Excecional a casa perfecta, muy bonita y muy acondicionada. La piscina espectacular y los churrascos en la barbacoa , lo más. Pasamos unos días geniales y la ubicación perfecta. La recomendamos si dudarlo Hay un bar muy cerquita " Caneca e Garfo", la dueña se llama Lourdes, gente maravillosa q también nos atendieroncon mucho cariño.

We took our family and everyone enjoyed the whole experience Everything about the villa was lovely. It was quiet and secluded. With a café bar very close who were extremely friendly. Lemon trees to wake up to ..smelling amazing. Pool was great and had plenty of use. You definitely need a car as there are some beautiful areas to visit

Wonderful Beautiful house with all the comforts you need. Quiet location with stunning views. Small friendly local bar just a minute’s walk away. 25 mins from the lovely town of Aveiro and the beach at Praia da Barra. Hosts were really lovely and so helpful. Highly recommended.

A nossa estadia na Casa D'Avo foi óptima! A casa encontra-se muito bem equipada e com tudo o que necessitamos para umas férias tranquilas. O jardim é privado, está muito cuidado, tem imenso espaço e é completamente vedado, o que foi óptimo para estarmos a vontade com os nossos 2 cães. Por falar em cães, a equipa Cool Home foi extremamente cuidadosa a receber os nossos patudos, providenciando camas e gamelas. O espaço de churrasco era especialmente bem equipado, permitindo não só cozinhar no exterior, como aproveitar o espaço de refeição. A internet funcionou bastante bem (40 mbps), mesmo em grande parte do jardim. A casa encontra-se numa pequena aldeia mas a cerca de 15min da bioria e 15min da auto estrada, ou seja está bastante acessível e permite explorar a zona facilmente. Um destaque muito positivo foi a amabilidade da equipa em oferecer-nos check out tardio, uma vez que o tempo no primeiro dia estava bastante chuvoso. Recomendo muito! A relação qualidade preço é óptima!

The house is beautiful with an amazing backyard. We loved the pool and the garden. We spent 3 weeks there and it has everything you need for an amazing vacation. We were five adults, and we loved that it had enough bedrooms and two full baths. It was space for everyone without feeling crowded. It is an amazing house if you want to explore Portugals culture, we both drove to Lisboa (2,5 hours ) and Porto (50 min). Portugal was easy to travel with a rental car and explore everything amazing about this country.If there anything to mention is that you can sometime hear cars driving by in the morning in the bedrooms, but it was not a big problem.
